All the best to you and your lovely Admiral. Enjoy you new adventure. It takes about a year to fully settle into life aboard. We love it here in the Pacific North West and San Juan Islands.

    • Hi Patrick. I’ve never thanked you for your comment and past support on the Trawler Forum. You suggest it will take a year to settle in – I can now understand that! We still have a mountain of ‘things to do and sort’, but it’s certainly coming together. All the best, P & L.

  • I’ll be following your adventures as you are living on my dream boat. I’m very interested in how the Fleming 55 serves as a live aboard.

The very best of good fortune to you,

    Walt Poulson

    • Hi Walt. My apologies for not thanking you for your comment and past support on the Trawler Forum. You ask about the Fleming as a live-aboard. From our (so far) limited experience, it’s excellent. A crucial change we made was installing a four burner induction hob in place of the original and very slow 3 burner hob. More on our posts as time passes. All the best. P & L.
